Choose your date -

Choose your venue -
Or at least a shortlist of possibilities. Consider the time of year as in indoor/outdoor choice and don't leave it until the last minute to book. There are busy times and you need ensure your chosen venue is available. If you are planning an outdoor ceremony you should always have a contingency plan.
Choose your celebrant -
You should feel comfortable with the celebrant you choose, think about the type of wedding you want and whether that person can deliver it to you.
Remember, you need to decide on your celebrant at least one month before the proposed date of your wedding to comply with the legal requirements. You will need to produce your original birth certificate, divorce certificate (Degree Absolute) or the death certificate of your former partner.
